This week is an "The End of Evangelion" special on Geruge. (About 45 to 50 minutes of the first 90 minutes of the radio show were devoted to Evangelion and the guests.)

They played "Zankoku na Tenshi no Teeze" by Takahashi Yoko.

The first guest was Iwao Junko, who was wearing a black outfit. She said she got tanned a little, as she had a jacket shooting for her CD.

Junko played the quiz game with a listener, and they got 9 questions correct. [If they get 10 questions correct, the guest and listener both get 100,000 yen.]

Junko said that if she got 100,000 yen, she would like to travel. She would like to go back to Kyuushuu [Junko is from Kyuushuu], and visit places that she had never been to.

Then they played "Te no Hira no Uchuu" by Iwao Junko, which was a song to Key the Metal Idol.

Iwao Junko answered a question..

Q: When you were in junior high, were you in love?
Junko: Yes. I liked a cool guy on the track team.
Q: Did you confess to him?
Junko: Yes, on Valentine's Day. I waited for him at the bus stop, and gave him the chocolate. But he said that there was a girl he liked..

Then they ran out of time.

The "Evangelion Story" was by Horaki Hikari (Iwao Junko). Hikari talked about herself and the students in her class (Rei, Asuka, Shinji, Kensuke, Touji). This monologue was about 4 minutes long.

The second guest was Mr. Ohtsuki, producer of Evangelion. He answered a lot of questions from listeners and the Geruge personalities.

Q: Who is going to sing the song for the new movie?
Ohtsuki: A gaijin.
Q: Who?
Ohtsuki: I can't say yet.
Q: Male or female?
Ohtsuki: Female, a black female.
Q: What type of song?
Ohtsuki: Gospel. It's great. We will release a single of it too. We are dubbing it in London right now.

Q: Have you done the after recording?
Ohtsuki: We are doing it now. Yesterday, today, and the day after tomorrow. It will take about four days.

Q: How is the production going?
Ohtsuki: It's going great.
Q: Is the recording being done with the pictures?
Ohtsuki: The pictures are 100% there.
Q: How long will the movie be?
Ohtsuki: 1 hour 37 minutes.

Q: Will Kaji Ryouji appear in the movie?
Ohtsuki: Yes, in a flashback scene. He won't come back to life as a cyborg. Kaoru will also appear.

Q: Will there be a video release of "Death and Rebirth"?
Ohtsuki: No plans right now.

Q: What is that picture with Misato, Asuka, Maya, and Hikari going into a pool of blood? Are they going to die?
Ohtsuki: There will be some people who die.
Q: Will there be people who don't die.
Ohtsuki: Yes.
Q: Are there any characters who didn't do voices?
Ohtsuki: Touji, Kensuke, Hikari.

Q: Is there any favorite scenes from the movie?
Ohtsuki: All of it. Just about every 30 minutes, every 20 minutes, or every 10 minutes, there is a tear jerking scene.
Q: Is this a movie that will make one cry?
Ohtsuki: Yes. A storm of tears. Of course it's got a lot of shocking scenes, but more than that it's one for crying.

Q: Who is your favorite character in Evangelion?
Ohtsuki: All of them.
Q: But what if you had to choose just one?
Ohtsuki: Fuyutsuki.

Q: There won't be a third movie?
Ohtsuki: No. This is the end of Evangelion.

Q: What will you do after Evangelion?
Ohtsuki: We have already started working on the next one. I was thinking about saying something, but it's still too early.
Q: Can you tell use when it will come out?
Ohtsuki: Next year.
Q: TV?
Ohtsuki: Movie.
Q: Is is anime?
Ohtsuki: Can't say right now.
