This week is an "The End of Evangelion" special on Geruge.

They played "Tamashii no Rufran" by Takahashi Yoko.

The first guest was Nagasawa Miki. She played the quiz game with a listener, and they got 7 questions correct. [If they get 10 questions correct, the guest and listener both get 100,000 yen.]

Miki said that if she got 100,000 yen, she would like to get a yearly pass to Disneyland.

Nagasawa Miki answered questions by listeners (and the Geruge personalities).

Q: What kind of ending do you want the movie to have?
Miki: I want everyone to be happy.

Q: How was the recording.
Miki: It was difficult.
Q: The picture was there.
Miki: Yes.
Q: How was Mr. Anno?
Miki: He was very picky.

Q: Who do you think Maya likes?
Miki: Aoba, maybe?
Q: Was there something with Ritsuko in the movie?
Miki: No.. I don't think.

Q: Does Maya want to go into an Eva?
Miki: I don't think so.

Q: How much is Maya in the movie?
Miki: I think she's in it quite a bit..

Miki said that there were many places where she became emotional.

Miki will be in a play on 7/18 called "Yume Miru Chikara".

The "Evangelion Story" was by Nagisa Kaoru (Ishida Akira). Kaoru talked about meeting Shinji and Rei, his true identity as the 17th shito, and the battle against Shinji. This monologue was about 3 minutes 30 seconds long.

Then they played "Zankoku na Tenshi no Teeze" by Takahashi Yoko.

The second guest was Ishida Akira. He played the quiz game with a listener, and they got 6 questions correct.

Akira said that he would like to move if he had 100,000 yen. His room doesn't have an air conditioner, so he wants to move to a place with an air conditioner (or buy an air conditioner).

Ishida Akira answered some questions.

Q: Was the recording difficult?
Akira: Very difficult. It was yesterday and the day before. Yesterday, we started at 10 AM, and I was there until 9:45 PM. I was the last one, with Ogata Megumi, Hayashibara Megumi, and Kiyokawa Motomu.
Q: Which scene was that?
Akira: The very last scene was done before that, so this was the scene before the last scene.

Q: Kaoru is a key person?
Akira: Sort of..

Q: Was Kaoru in the emotional scenes?
Akira: Kaoru's scenes weren't that emotional.

Akira: It released a lot of pressure off of my back when I finished. If Evangelion had ended with the TV, I only appeared once and it was all over. But with the movie, there was a lot of pressure on me. When I found out that the movie would be split, it added more pressure.

Q: What do you think was the best scene with Kaoru?
Akira: I would say the scene in episode 24 of the TV series..
Q: What about in the movie?
Akira: He doesn't appear as a person (with a physical body) in the movie. The only person that Kaoru interacts with is Shinji.

Q: Is Rei a shito too?
Akira had a very hard time trying to explain everything (as he was trying not to give away key points of the story). Kaoru and Rei are in some key scenes together. Akira said that the viewers will understand what he is talking about when they see the movie..

There is something called "kuroki tsuki" (black moon). Kaoru is very involved in this, with Shinji.

There will be a special preview of the End of Evangelion movie on 7/16 19:00 at the Toranomon Hall. Detailed information will be in the July Newtype.
