Starship 1996 (Iwao Junko)

Junko had an event at the Shibuya Kouen Doori Gekijou on 7/5. She said that she will talk about it when she receives letters.

Junko said that she was feeling a little down recently. She received lots of letters saying that she is different from her initial image..

Junko read some letters.

Junko said that she recently doesn't get to eat three meals.. but she eats a lot of snacks.

When Junko was walking between studios, she got suntanned.

Recently she is very tired, so after she gets home,she just takes a bath and goes to sleep. She only eats half of what she usually eats (so it's about the same as an average person).

Junko had to work on the days of the typhoon.

Junko has lots of stress recently. At home she listens to relaxing music, and made a MD of songs that will make her relax. She has been playing that MD a lot recently. Also she is very happy to read letters from fans that are encouraging.

Junko said that she hasn't eaten watermelon yet this year.

Junko will have her concert on 8/31 this summer. Her concerts are usually quiet and calm concerts, but this time, it will be an active and fun live. It will be the kind where she wears a T shirt and jeans.

Today Junko was wearing a T shirt and overalls.

Then Junko played Starship 1996, which was the fourth song that she sang at the Mahou Tsukai Tai tour a couple weeks ago. She said that she would sing it during the concert.

Junko said that she received a picture book about her and Guu-chan from a fan. It was the second one, and Junko began to cry. It was a story of Junko and Guu-chan.
[Junko began crying as she started thinking about the book.]

Recently, many times when she goes home, Junko gets cheered up by Guu-chan and by the letters that she gets from everyone.

Then Junko read letters and sang for the "iwaou" and "kaeuta" corners.
[Junko was still sniffling.]

Junko will have her live at the Akasaka Blitz on 8/31. The tickets go on sale 7/13. Also the videeo of her spring concert will be released.
