Kikuko: I have a very important announcement. Tonight is the final broadcast of this radio show! It was a very fast half-year, but I had a very great time. How was it for you?

Kikuko: But I also have another very important announcement, so please listen until the end.

Kikuko: This is the final broadcast, so tonight I'll talk about the things that happened in these six months. So please bear with me.. Doushiyou! Doushiyou! I'm getting nervous.

Kikuko: When this program was going to start, I was very uncertain if I would be able to talk by myself. That's because I'm the boke part of the boke-tsukkomi. The tsukkomi person can talk by himself. People who are clever can think about things and can talk by himself. But I'm boke, so I was worried.

Kikuko: When I said that I needed someone to follow up on me when I say something foolish, the script writer said that I can have the listeners to that. Then I became very relaxed and felt that it was all right for me to make mistakes.

Kikuko: At the beginning there was a script and I tried very hard to read it correctly. It was very difficult. But every week, the number of pages in the script became less and less, and they told me speak freely. I became used to it after a while. I have a tape of the first broadcast, but I'm too scared to listen to it.

Kikuko: Before we start recording, I read the letters that come in. I read it for a few hours, so we always start late. It's so fun. The scary letters are very scary, but the others are so funny.

Then Kikuko played one of her songs from her new album, Pauline to Shounen.

In the second half, Kikuko read the scary letters as usual.

Kikuko: We have a fax machine at home that can also copy! Isn't it great. But nobody in our house can use it.

Kikuko: When I read the manuals for many goods, I think it would be great if things actually can do all of that. Isn't it very hard? I don't think I can do it. Even with a CD player, I can only do play and stop and rewind. The repeat.. I don't like that either. Don't you get confused with repeat?

Kikuko: There are so many goods that are very useful to make life easier. I really admire people who can use all of that.

Kikuko: This Saturday and Sunday, there will be a Playstation Expo in Harumi. There will be a special event at the main stage at 12:00. They will pass out tickets at 11:30. Please don't wait in line overnight. Please go to sleep after this radio show and go in the morning.

Then Kikuko played another song from her new album, Aikotoba ha Shiawase.

Kikuko: This is the ending of the final broadcast. Thank you so much for listening. I would like to thank the staff for helping me out so much too.

Kikuko: There is one more very important announcement. Next week at this time, my new radio show will start! Everyone please listen. Thank you. I'll try my best.
