The hosts for the March 27, 2017 broadcast of Animemashite were Suzuki Eri and Shinoda Minami.

The seiyuu guests were Aoyama Yoshino and Nagano Yuki from the TV anime Ren'ai Boukun.

This was Yuki's first time on TV, and everything was new to her.

They talked about the new TV anime.

There was a video message by three of the Gintama seiyuu, Sakaguchi Daisuke, Sugita Tomokazu, and Kugimiya Rie. There were also some clips from a Gintama event, which had 35000 viewers.

There was a video message by Sanpei Yuuko and Takeuchi Junko for the TV anime Boruto. They talked a little about Naruto, which has continued for 15 years. Then they talked about Boruto.

There was a video clip for the new Aikatsu series, from a talk show featuring Tomita Miyu.

This was the second week for Eri and Minami. They were also the hosts the previous week. The hosts for the next broadcast (4/3) of Animemashite will be Hata Sawako and Tanabe Rui.
