The hosts for the May 22, 2017 broadcast of Animemashite were Senbongi Sayaka and Hondo Kaede.

The guest was Aoyama Yoshino, a member of Wake Up Girls. Yoshino was doing a voice in the TV anime Ren'ai Boukun. The opening song "Koi? de Ai? de Boukun desu!" is sung by Wake Up Girls. The ending song is sung by Ohtsubo Yuka, and the ending CD also contains a song by Yoshino.

In the cross interview corner, Sayaka interviewed Kaede.

For the ending, Kaede asked Sayaka to do a special voice. This was the second week for Sayaka and Kaede They were also the hosts the previous week.
