There was a special DVD given out to those who reserved To Aru Kagaku no Railgun DVD or Bluray volume 5. The special DVD contains the following.

MMR is 100% anime made up of clips from the TV series. There might be a little bit of new animation (I'm not sure).

The "To Aru Chouri no Chou Denjiki" corner was a cooking contest between the four seiyuu, Toyosaki Aki (豊崎愛生), Itou Kanae (伊藤かな恵), Satou Rina (佐藤利奈), Arai Satomi (新井里美). They had to cook a cupcake using a microwave oven. But instead of just cooking, they competed in various games along the way. The winner of the games got to choose some of the "good" ingredients for the cupcake.

The winning team was the Satou Rina and Arai Satomi team, and the overall winner was Arai Satomi.

The "To Aru Shuurokugo no Zadankai" was a talk by the four seiyuu, just after the cooking contest. They talked about the Railgun anime.
