This CD+DVD package contains the opening song to the TV anime Seisen Cerberus Ryuukoku no Fatalite.

The lyrics booklet is 8 pages and contains several nice photos of Maaya. Maaya is wearing two different outfits, a white outfit and a black outfit.

The DVD contains around 14 minutes of video. There is a promo video of "Resonant Heart" and a making of video.

In May 2016, there were many advertisements in Akihabara for this CD: a large poster advertisement on the main door at Animate and a store front advertisement at Gamers.
