Maru Maru Gakuen Housoubu

Maru Maru Gakuen Housoubu (まるまる学園放送部) is a group made up of many young seiyuu from the seiyuu production RME. The group formed in the spring of 2010, and they are an idol group that sings and dances at live events.

The producer of this seiyuu group was Itou Asuka (伊藤あすか) from the beginning until April 2012.

There were originally 10 members in 2010. Then several more joined in April 2011.

At the end of 2011, the group was back down to 9 members, all from the original 10.

In 2012, three more members quit, so the group currently has 6 members.

Their first public event was a singing stage at the Anison Love Summit event on July 24, 2010. Since then, they have appeared in events a few times every month.

They don't have any original songs yet, but they sing some sentai or old anime/game songs.

There are also some sub-groups of Maru Gaku.

The group name was originally ○○学園放送部 (circles instead of hiragana for the maru maru part), but they changed it to hiragana in March 2012.
