Machiko said that she went to a health checkup, and drank valium for the first time in her life. She said that she never wants to drink it again.

Machiko said that she wants to design her own new year card, and not use one that is pre-printed. Until a few years ago, she had been drawing (stamping and coloring) the cards by hand, but now she sends too many so she can't do it for all of them. But she always leaves a little space to write a message.

Machiko said that she was on the volleyball team in junior high and high school, but she was never able to be a starting member.

There was a letter from a listener talking about Machiko's new CD, Tongari Tenshi. Then Machiko played "Nami Oto".
