This was a live broadcast of the stage event that took place during the Girls Band Party Live and Party in Tokyo event.

This was a public recording of the monthly Hello Happy Circle Housoukyoku by Itou Miku and Toyota Moe. The guests were Tadokoro Azusa, Maeshima Ami, and Nakagami Ikumi.

There were two tables. The guests sat at the one on the left, and Miku and Moe sat at the one on the right.

This event flowed just like the normal broadcasts. They gave out some new information about the Girls Band Party game, and played a couple games.
