Toshioka Yuuto (利岡ユウト) was a regular customer of Hanasaki Flower Shop. He usually bought flowers for his girl friend. Shibata Lisa (柴田リサ) was Yuuto's girl friend.

One day both Yuuto and Lisa felt that their relationship was going to break up. Yuuto thought Lisa didn't like him any more, and Lisa thought Yuuto didn't like her any more. But it was just a misunderstanding. They both appeared, and Lisa had her heart flower taken in episode 12. After Lisa recovered, Yuuto proposed to her.
