Cutie Pai Outfits

The striped, frilly, three layer outfit (similar to the Candies outfits)
was first worn at the Peaty 3 event on 2001.07.31.
This was the default Cutie Pai outfit for most of the events in
the fall of 2001.
It had the words "Cutie Pai" on the front, and there was also
a large sunflower at the shoulder.
They also had two matching ribbons in their hair.

Miyuu used a green whistle.
She wore it on a string around her neck.
