Art Place (in Shinjuku) is a new (started in 2005) bar and cafe
that has a small event room and a tiny broadcast booth.
The broadcast booth is on the second floor of the bar, and has a
glass window so you can see inside from the bar.
The event room is next to the bar.
There are two or three 25 minute live Web TV broadcasts every night,
starting at 22:30 or 23:00.
The URL is www.art-place.jp, and these broadcasts are free to watch.
Also one can go to the bar and watch the broadcast in person,
for the cost of just drinks (around 700 yen for alcohol).
The broadcast version of the Web TV program is also projected onto the
wall in the bar, and the sound is played on the speakers in bar.
But the sound isn't too clear, or loud enough if it's too noisy in the bar.
In June 2005, "Saaya In My Room" (Saaya's first Web TV program) began,
every Thursdays 22:30-22:55.
