This is a 30 minute pre-recorded internet broadcast where Hata Sawako walks around some Yamanote Line stations and eats at a restaurant.

It's broadcast on the second Friday of each month.

In each broadcast, the first 10 minutes or so is talk inside the studio. Sawako reads mails and comments on them. Then the next few minutes are taken outside. Instead of taking the train to the target station, Sawako gets off one station before, and walks to the target station.

Then the main part is Sawako eating in the restaurant. But this part is only about 10 minutes, and the remaining part is shown in the members only broadcast.

The ending of the broadcast is back inside the studio. Sawako rolls a large die to determine which station she will go to next. She goes on the Yamanote Line in the clockwise direction.
