This was the 3rd broadcast of Shawa Gohan, hosted by Hata Sawako.

Sawako was wearing a short sleeve, green flower one piece with pink frills (frilly collar and sleeves). Very cute. Sawako read mails for the first 10 minutes or so. She said she usually doesn't drink, but recently she can drink Japanese sake. Before she couldn't drink things with a strong smell, but now she can.

Sawako realized that food in Osaka and Tokyo were different. On the Mega Radi radio show she didn't know what katsudon was. She thought it was the dish with the cabbage on top of the rice, with the katsu on top of the cabbage.

Sawako said she can't eat white rice by itself. There was a question asking which donburi she likes, and she said she likes negitoro don (onion and chopped tuna).

After 12 minutes or so, they switched to the video of Sawako walking outside. She went to Komagome station, which was one before Tabata. It was early evening. Sawako walked through the Tabata Ginza Shoutengai. She went to a meat store and ordered one croquette.

Sawako walked around 20 minutes and reached Tabata. She said it was the first time she went to Tabata.

The restaurant that Sawako went to was Tamaya. It was a wine restaurant.

Sawako looked at the menu, and saw too many items. There were cold and hot appetizers, pasta, meats.. She couldn't decide, so she asked the waiter for a recommendation.

Sawako ordered a detox salad with organic vegetables. She said she usually doesn't get enough vegetables. She also ordered several other dishes, and a white wine.

When the salad came, it was much bigger than she was expecting, and had lots of variety. The next dish to arrive was the cold appetizer.

Around the 27 minute mark, they switched back to the studio. Sawako rolled the die, and got a 6. So the next station was Akihabara. Sawako said she doesn't know much about restaurants in Akihabara, but she wants to eat something different next time.

Sawako said she likes to eat outside, such as matsuri, barbecue, and terrace seats.

The next dish came, and it was omlettes with cheese inside. Sawako said she likes cheese.

The next dish was the main meat. It was a "young cow". Now there was red wine in front of sawako!

Sawako started making many sound effects when cutting the meat. She ate it and said, "Very soft! The young ones meat is great!"

After around 10 minutes, the staff said there was one more dish prepared by the store. Sawako heard a sizzling sound, so she thought it was a teppan (sizzling plate) dish. But it was a birthday plate with a few sparkling candles! There was cheesecake, pudding, and ice cream.
